RKNL is het meubelmerk van de Amsterdamse ontwerper Ronald Knol. Al ruim 20 jaar ontwerpt hij meubels met een geheel eigen signatuur. Moderne en tijdloze meubels met persoonlijkheid. In 2004 gooide Ronald ineens het roer om. Hij hing zijn carrière als consultant aan de wilgen. Tijdens de verbouwing van zijn eerste huis wist hij: dit is het. Dit is wat ik wil doen, dit is waar ik goed in ben. Hij leverde de sleutels van zijn leaseauto in, huurde een werkplaats en ging aan de slag. Als meubelontwerper.
